The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities provided were excellent. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore this beautiful city. During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things that I enjoyed about the hotel. the beach was really clean and well maintained. the location of the hotel was perfect - away from the hustle and bustle of the town and gave the perfect vibe of relaxation. Another aspect that I liked about the hotel was the availability of free Wi-Fi which was helpful to stay connected.

The hotel was in its pre-opening phase which was clearly evident from the untrained and unprofessional staff. Insufficient quantities of food on the buffet and long waiting times for meals made us frustrated.

The beach location was great and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the restaurant had a decent variety of food with some local dishes, and the rooms were clean and modern with good amenities. A snorkeling activity was available which was a highlight of the trip. the hotel was relaxing and quiet.
